We are passionate about the transformative potential of seaweed and sharing our insights with the local community is a vital step towards creating a circular economy.

As well as partnering with local fishermen, farmers and businesses, our project is designed to bring together academia and citizen science.

We want to encourage enthusiastic local conservationists and ecotourists to visit our sites, learn about seaweed and monitor our progress.

We will provide updates in local news and engage young people through outreach in schools.
